Why Can't I Login? Or why Can't I View a Certain Page?

Cookies are required to use our site. If you do not know how to allow cookies from our site, the directions are below.

Below are instructions for Explorer, AOL, Netscape, Safari, and FireFox. If you are using a different browser, please email service@wholesalecrafts.com with your browser type and version. Please note that the wording on your browser may be slightly different depending on which version you are running.











Internet Explorer:


Open your browser window and click "Tools", then "Internet Options", then go to the "Privacy" tab (at the top of the window that opened up). Click the button that says "Sites'. Type www.wholesalecrafts.com in the field labeled "Address of website" and click "Allow" (to the right of that field). That should add our site name into the web sites window below.





Now go to the "Security" tab. Click on "Trusted Sites". Click the button that says "Sites'. Type www.wholesalecrafts.com in the field labeled "Add this Web site to the zone" and click "Add" (to the right of that field). That should add our site name into the web sites window below.


Click OK until you are back to your browser window. This will allow cookies from our site only, while keeping your same cookie settings for every other site.





















If you use AOL, the following information from AOL might help:




To enable/disable cookies for Internet Explorer version 6.x



1. On the AOL Toolbar, click Settings, then select Preferences from the drop-down menu.



2. In the By Category tab, click Internet Settings.



3. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.



4. Click Override default settings, and then specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from first-party Web sites and third-party Web sites (a Web site other than the one you are currently viewing).




* Clicking Accept specifies that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies to be saved on your computer.



* Clicking Block specifies that you want Internet Explorer to never allow cookies to be saved on your computer.



* Clicking Prompt will let you choose on a case-by-case basis whether to allow cookies to be stored on your computer.




5. If you want Internet Explorer to always allow session cookies (cookies that will be deleted from your computer when you close Internet Explorer) to be saved on your computer, click Always allow session cookies.
6. Click OK to close the Internet Properties window.









Netscape:


Open your browser window and click "Tools", then "Options", then go to the "Privacy" tab (at the top of the window that opened up). Under the "Cookies" section, click the button that says "Exceptions". Type www.wholesalecrafts.com in the field labeled "Address of website" and click "Allow" (to the right of that field). That should add our site name into the web sites window below.





Click OK until you are back to your browser window. This will allow cookies from our site only, while keeping your same cookie settings for every other site.









Safari:


Open your browser window and click "Edit", then "Preferences", then go to the "Security" tab (at the top of the window that opened up). Under the "Accept Cookies" section, select "Only from Sites you Navigate To".





Click OK until you are back to your browser window.











Firefox:


Open your browser window and click "Tools", then "Options", then go to the "Privacy" tab (at the top of the window that opened up). Under the "Cookies" section, click the button that says "Exceptions". Type www.wholesalecrafts.com in the field labeled "Address of website" and click "Allow" (to the right of that field). That should add our site name into the web sites window below.





Click OK until you are back to your browser window. This will allow cookies from our site only, while keeping your same cookie settings for every other site.
